Hi! I'm Carly Jean Powell, managing partner of Peachy Keen Projects and Peachy Keen Homes.
I am a Lakeland resident who was born and raised in the Sunshine State. I attended Florida Southern College and knew that I wanted to build a life in this community. With a B.A. in Mass Communications, I worked in the vacation industry providing marketing and communications services for more than 10 years.
In 2013 I began my own company, providing marketing and communication services to small local businesses. Then I saw a need for those businesses to have access to real estate services and voila, I added a real estate license to my resume. As a Realtor®, I now serve the Central Florida area with Xcellence Realty and Peachy Keen Homes.
